Process

The interviews were not easy, nor difficult. They included some standard programming questions like DFS and BFS. If you have prepared for other companies, this one will be an easy pass.

I think the most problematic part of the interview process was the salary negotiation. I had a good offer from their competitors, and the team's offer was not even close to that figure. They did not increase their offer by a single dollar after I informed them about the other salary figures. I was very interested in their work, but they gave me such a bad offer that I could not accept it under any circumstances.

Also, I think the company has become quite strange, especially HR. I submitted a reimbursement request, and three months later, they sent me a check with $50 deducted, providing no reason. The interview reimbursement was within the range they told me and was less than $200 for three days of interviews. HR has lost its way. I am sure others will face the same issues after they receive an offer.

I would rate the entire process as very poor.
