- One hiring manager interview.
- One recruiter interview.
After two weeks, I received the offer. There was no flexibility on salary negotiation at all.

Pay is decent to above average compared to the market.
Flexible time off and understanding of family commitments have been the norm.
Cons: Matrix management forces you to focus on visibility. You have to be willing to advocate/brag for yourself, but of course base it on facts. Work-life balance can be mixed depending on which department you're at.
