Good interview process, generally 5-6 rounds for experienced professionals.
You should have an in-depth understanding of the concepts.
Four rounds will be technical, and one will be managerial. One could be an HR round. The HR round does not matter much.
I am experienced in 3G, hence lots of questions on Layer 1 procedures like the synchronization process and Fach measurement occasion.
