Bad attitude. The interviewer used his cell phone during the interview, asked some confusing questions, and also math questions about probability and the operating system.
It felt like the interviewer didn't even want to interview me or even give me a slight chance.

Good things to learn, but with a lot of pressure

Pros: 1. You can learn technology if you want, no matter which team you are in.
2. There may be times to implement new things, but it comes very rarely and depends on the team and technology you work for.
3. Very open culture with respect to timings.
4. Work-from-home option available.
Cons: 1. In the name of development, mainly debugging takes place.
2. Due to cost-cutting, salary reviews have decreased from two times a year to one time, and salary hikes have also decreased from before.
3. You may be called on weekends at any time, as you are provided with laptops. You are expected to check emails even on weekends.
4. Employees are expected to work late nights, so there are long working hours and overpressure.

Good Work Environment but Hectic Pace

Pros: Colleagues and management try to create a good work environment.
Mature and professional behavior are valued.
They are accommodating to flexible hours and transparent pay bands.
There are lots of office events, including pizza parties, networking opportunities, and semi-annual team-building activities.
There are too many things going on to keep track, but there are quarterly updates which help contextualize developments.
Cons: Teams working on growth initiatives are burning the midnight oil. Work-life balance isn't good, and projects/tasks are done in bi-weekly sprints, so there isn't much downtime or recovery.
Management and seniors are often working around the clock, including late-night meetings and messaging at 3:00 AM. Upper management is not supportive of work-from-home either, with return-to-office mandates disrupting many people's lives.
However, other teams and orgs have much better schedules. Your mileage may vary.
