Pros: Nice environment and supportive people.

Cons: Recently, some office politics has come up.

Pros: 1. Benefits like free meals 3 times (giving 2 rating just because of it :P). 2. Company stocks program. 3. Most of the time work-life balance is there.

Cons: 1. Too much politics (south vs north) and (senior vs junior). 2. Working with old people is quite difficult. They don't encourage new thinking or doing something out of the box. 3. Pay is well below market standard. 4. Managers are the worst here. They don't care about work ethics and can shout at anyone during work hours. 5. The process of norms is too lengthy, which affects work efficiency. 6. No clear division of work among engineers. 7. Scope of learning is very less, and the learning rate will become 0 after 1 year due to the same repetitive work. 8. I worked in a team that was full of senior people only. When I joined as a fresher, they didn't used to consider us a significant resource.

Pros: Good technology to work with.

Cons: A lot of work to be done.
