2nd round - Technical (OS concepts, C programming concepts, and data structures. They expect you to write code in C).
3rd round - Same, but with a different interviewer.

Pros: Facilities would be top class.
You would be working with the latest technologies.
Exposure to a wide range of technical material to improve your knowledge.
Brand name to add weight to your CV.
Cons: I have seen Indian managers acting as puppets for US managers.
They won't say no and are so insecure to put their point. This makes employees working under them accept whatever US guys say and work overtime to show more productivity, which kills employee creativity.
