Pros

Facilities would be top class. You would be working with the latest technologies. Exposure to a wide range of technical material to improve your knowledge. Brand name to add weight to your CV.

Cons

I have seen Indian managers acting as puppets for US managers.

They won't say no and are so insecure to put their point. This makes employees working under them accept whatever US guys say and work overtime to show more productivity, which kills employee creativity.

Advice to Management

Be strong when you want to put your point to US guys.

Don't be bad to contract employees. I have been for some time, and the way managers used to address contract employees in the mail was pathetic. This takes away the feeling of "MY COMPANY" from their conscience.
