Process

I had a phone interview, tentatively scheduled via email. I was supposed to receive a confirmation of the schedule two days prior to the interview date, but I did not get it until the morning of the interview. I was partly prepared because I thought I had more time since I hadn't received a confirmation. Therefore, I suggest that one must be prepared (regardless of confirmation from the staffing coordinator) when they receive an email or call stating their resume has been shortlisted for an interview.

The interview focused on the skills required for the position. As a new graduate, most of the questions concerned my course projects, coursework, and my work experience as a graduate research assistant, all in detail. Then, the interviewer asked me questions on C, primarily 'Data Structures' such as Linked Lists and Stacks. He also asked basic questions on LTE, including: What do you know about LTE? What are the channels in LTE technology?
