Process
The interview process was well managed. There were three rounds of interviews, and at the end of the third round, he took me out for lunch.
The interviewers were kind and gave me time to answer.
In one of the rounds, I was asked to code up the solution on a blackboard. There was only one interviewer in each round.
Questions
technical questions on C++ and Unix, and asked me to write solutions on a whiteboard.

Pros: Stay up to date on the latest and greatest in mobile chips.
Flexible schedule. Nobody breathes down your back.
Cons: Working in a vacuum gets pretty lonely.
The crowd is older, so young people can feel alienated.
San Diego rush hour traffic is a nightmare, so never leave at 5 p.m. unless you want to play bumper cars on the freeway.

Cons: 1. Work-life balance is non-existent. One often needs to work late and even on weekends to keep up with expectations.
2. Everything is urgent and needs immediate attention. Work often gets pretty stressful.
3. People are more focused on themselves and often unwilling to help.

Campus team treats you so well.
HR is so friendly and helpful.
Projects can be fun and useful for your education.
Smart people.

Cons: Projects are not always useful; it just depends on your manager.
Managers are not always the best. Some want you to work way too much and don't explain.
