Overall, the interview process was very well organized and smooth. All interviewers were very certain about what exactly they were looking for and tried to make the whole process comfortable.

Pros: Work with some of the best embedded systems engineers anywhere.
Cons: Many benefits are going away or being reduced.
For example, stock-based compensation is being reduced or eliminated for most people.
Healthcare benefits are being reduced from fully covered to partially covered over the next two years (health savings plan... blah blah blah).
Work-life balance is absolutely horrific for many people in engineering ranks.
Bloated middle management.
