Process
There was a phone interview, followed by an onsite.
The onsite was challenging but not unreasonable.
The staff was mostly friendly and responsive, until after the interview.
It has been over 3 weeks since my onsite, and no response has been received from the company. I have sent two follow-up emails to different people (one in week 3, one at the beginning of week 4), and still no response.
Guess I have to read the tea leaves. Rude behavior.
