Pros: Work-life balance is very team-dependent, but mine was generally pretty good, although very busy at times. You can have a big impact on important features that affect millions of people through Snapdragon products. Many of my team members have been at Qualcomm for several years or even decades.
Cons: Work can be very niche and may not carry over to other companies or industries.
