Process

I got the opportunity to do an on-site interview after a quick phone interview. The campus is pretty nice, although traveling between different buildings made me a little dazed. The interview itself went smoothly, and the interviewers were professional. Even if you couldn't completely solve a problem the interviewer gave, they would offer hints and clues to help you solve it. I believe they wanted to see my ability to solve an unexpected problem rather than just repeat what I already knew.
