Pros: As of 2020, there is strong growth waiting for the company due to 5G, expansion into compute, automotive, and ML/AI products.
Good benefits include:
* 401k matching
* Unlimited Vacation
* ESPP
* RSUs
* Health
Office locations are good.
Cons: Not competitive pay. Need to be in core teams like Modem, RF, etc. to get the highest pay in the band.
Promotions are more time-dependent than contribution-dependent.
