Pros: The HR department is amazing in that they organize a ton of intern events throughout the summer.
Everything is always so organized, and you can always find something to do in San Diego.
Also, having the Executive Speaker Series was a nice opportunity to hear what executives have to say about the company and what their plans are for the future.
Cons: The workplace itself is still old-school and they don't promote collaboration, which is a bummer. Intern work could be more innovative, which would increase retention in interns.
