Cons: Working at Qualcomm, be it anywhere in the world, is the most hectic and appalling. They have no regard for their employees, and all they care about is getting the work completed at the cost of the employees' health. Work-life balance is deplorable. Rather than hiring more people, they try to squeeze in the maximum possible load on a person's plate, to the extent of making them work 24/7 (literally). Rather than doing so, they should spend some time on analyzing what can enhance their employee satisfaction. But no, they don't have time for such abysmal, petty things.
