The phone interview was quite detailed, with numerous questions about C and networking. The level of detail required me to draw diagrams on paper to fully comprehend the questions.
The in-person interviews were thorough and included:
- C coding
- Descriptions of past projects
- Networking questions
- CPU architecture
- Board bring-up
- Behavioral questions
If you have a solid understanding of networking (L2/L3) and are a strong C programmer, you should do well. However, based on my experience at QCA, I would advise caution. Ensure you will be working on development tasks and not solely bug fixing.
