Process

I applied online and was contacted for an initial phone screening from a couple of hiring managers who were sharing resumes for their positions. I performed very well in that interview. It was technical but also very relaxed and casual in manner. I was told that they were interested in setting up an in-person interview at the San Diego campus after a week. It was a paid expenses trip to San Diego. They provided a car and good hotel accommodation.

I was interviewed by eight people in three interviews. The interviews were very relaxed, and they asked many questions such as "Why this field?", "Why this company?", and "What do you expect from this role?". The interviews were not excessively technical, but somewhat so.
