Process
Standard email exchange with the hiring manager regarding availability. This was followed by an interview with two individuals in RF testing.
For the technical portion of the interview, they had my CV on screen, along with a document displaying a circuit diagram and some embedded C code.
After the technical part concluded, one of the interviewers discussed their work in more depth. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
