Process
I had a phone interview, and the people were so rude. They asked a few questions on my resume and OOP concepts. There was basic verification and architecture concepts like pipelining. It took a long time for the offer, but I declined it for a better one.

Good Flexibility, Political Management
Verification Engineer • Current Employee
San Diego, California, United States
September 11, 2015
Pros: Great benefit and work flexibility. Inclusive work environment in which people believe they can make a contribution regardless of their level.
Cons: Highly political. Compared to other engineering companies, there are a lot of superficial efforts. More time was spent to make things look good instead of doing actual good. Senior management tends to be fully aware of their "senior" status and act like it. While the policy does encourage team collaboration and spirit regardless of each person's position, the reality is that there are plenty of god complexes at the senior level management.
