My first interview was a 30-minute technical phone screen with overall questions on my resume. After that, I was selected for an on-site interview in San Diego. This was a five-hour interview with all team members on a one-on-one basis.
I had a pretty good interview, but unfortunately, the main person who was supposed to be the decision-maker and boss of all the team members was missing from the interview panel. I didn't get the offer and asked HR for the reason for not being selected. Her response was, "You did well, but we don't have a policy to share interview feedback." I am still not able to find the reason for not receiving an offer.
All the questions were relevant to my technical skill set.
