Work-life balance is not good.
A recruiter contacted me online and set up an interview for experienced people. Then the team involved was in touch, where basic know-how was asked. This was followed by an in-person interview with the team.
I received a call from a staffing member for an interview. It was a face-to-face interview that was lengthy, with four rounds of discussions. All discussions were based on technical skills.
1 round with recruiter, 1 round with manager, basic resume review, 4 rounds technical (could be more efficient as a panel). Had interview rescheduled without really checking in or asking. One interviewer failed to show up, with no answer from follow
