Very talented management in the Cork site. Allowed to decline any meetings past 6pm. As a new grad, you are trusted with very cool projects. Couldn't imagine learning more anywhere else. Good atmosphere with young, friendly teammates. Extra days off given this year due to Covid. WFH plans for the return to office are very flexible.
Most people in the office start later in the day and finish later, which does not suit me personally.
Salary reviews are only held once a year, so if you are unhappy with the increase, it's a long time until it changes.
Could be good to have a small review mid-way through the year in case you miss promotion by a small amount, so that you don't have to wait another year.
