Could be good if you are in the right team. People are generally friendly. People are generally competent and motivated, although that's starting to change.
Benefits are reduced every year.
Health insurance kicks in only after you spend $1500 out of pocket.
Company is generally run by old-timers with no real credentials other than being there when the company got started.
Executives have no vision nor a long-term plan.
Bonuses are getting smaller.
Bring people from outside to run the company. The current set of executives has proven that they don't have what it takes to run a company of this size. The only executive who is actually performing is the CFO, who was hired from outside.
