- Limited learning curve.
- Managers might not be happy if you're taking your company-allocated paid leaves.
- Employee engagement activities come about once a year.
- Should provide flexibility to employees on taking Work From Home (not many enjoy hybrid work).
- Must improve employee engagement activities for employee retention.
- Should introduce good cultural values within every employee of the company (I know this needs effort from the management, but there are companies out there doing this very neatly).
