Long working hours, below-par salary. Not at all employee-friendly. The company is not performing well, so there are no hikes or bonuses. This is the main reason why people have started looking for other options.
Keep in mind that you hire talented people, and to retain them, you need to increase the salary to compensate for the long working hours.
