Great work, but too much work
I worked with some of the brightest people out there. The happiness in seeing my work in the hands of real customers, with such a small gestation period, was great.
I was there when Qualcomm was feeling the pressure from NVIDIA and Samsung at the higher end and MediaTek at the lower end.
We were overworked throughout the week and throughout the year.
Understand that people have lives to live outside of work. The compensation and rewards are good, but they aren't worth it if people have to sacrifice their health and life for it.
