Approached through a staffing agency. Scheduled a phone interview within a week. Initial technical phone screening. Then scheduled for 4-5 rounds of 1:1 interviews. Interviewers were all team members with 4-5 years of experience.

All my interviewers were very nice. They had a very good understanding of their field and started the interview by telling me about their job profile, job functions, etc. My interview was 80% technical and 20% aptitude-based. I was asked questions
