Very nice company
Flexibility in time to work, and a good place to learn to work with various teams. You also have a great chance to climb the ladder if you are willing to take responsibility.
Process-wise, it can be a bit slow. Some middle managers are very lousy and do not perform their jobs very well. We will have to be very careful.
Middle managers lack experience as good managers and leaders, which is not a good thing for a big company like this.
