Pros

For interns:

  • Great intern activities both at work and outside of work.
  • Good work-life balance.
  • Projects: They don't expect a lot from interns, but if you demonstrate that you can be trusted with more responsibility, they'll give it to you.
  • Pay is competitive.
  • Housing and relocation are paid for.
  • Good chance of getting a return offer if you do a good job.
Cons

I imagine that it takes a little time to move up here. This might not be a big deal to some people.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. You can probably push your interns a little harder.
