Averaging pay. Not many pros to emphasize.
I cannot really see any outlooks since the CEO took office. It was a bad decision, leading to less innovation and an unforeseeable situation.
Diversity is not really being prioritized.
Turnover rates are getting high, and talented people are being lost. In addition, no innovative ideas have been implemented in recent years, and employees are facing higher supervision.

Product Test Engineer
The interview was conducted by three seniors via Zoom. The schedule and link were sent via email approximately one week prior. The entire interview process lasted for about 30 minutes and was conducted in English.
