Now development projects are also executed in Bangalore. Teams are taking care of work-life balance actively. Diversification of business other than mobile chipsets is also helping with the work-life balance of employees.
Compared to many companies, WLB is still a challenge here.
They could give good enough settling time between the projects & execute more development projects in India.
