Good package, stocks, free lunch and breakfast, and free snacks for a limited amount.
Very good company.
Lot of opportunities to learn.
Very good projects and challenging work.
Fun events in the office and friendly colleagues.
Few talented managers and directors help us in critical situations.
One of the senior managers doesn't give good respect to his direct employees.
Few managers just do buttering than real work.
Few managers just try to blame others or find the mistakes in others, but they will never try to correct or support their team members.
Prod management is good, but few engineering managers take their own decisions and do not support their own team. Please try to correct the organizational structure. Overall, the company is so good to work for, but few teams need correction in their organization.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. There are 4 interview rounds. The 1st 3 are technical, and the final one is a managerial round. All technical rounds focus on: * pointers * threads * semaphores * mutexes * memory management
One telephonic round. One face-to-face interview (three people interviewed). There was no whiteboarding, but code snippets had to be written on paper. The hiring manager asked puzzles where the answers were not considered convincing.
3 technical rounds, followed by managerial and HR. This was purely technical and related to my previous job role as a performance verification engineer. Questions focused on caches and GPUs, as I was working in the GfX team.
