Stocks and bonus are a good part; you will enjoy the first 2 months of joining.
When joining Qualcomm, please check your role, such as senior engineer or lead engineer. After entering Qualcomm, it is very difficult to get promoted.
HR is not fair in this scenario. I joined here as a senior engineer, but I should have joined as a lead engineer. Now I have to wait a minimum of one and a half years to be promoted. Please check your work profile.
Designation should be fair when joining.
