Phone interview with two people: a director and a vice president. On-site interview afterwards with six people (staff engineers, director, VP) from nine to four. Interview questions focused on technical experiences.

The interview will focus on understanding current technologies like LTE, 3G, and 2G, and will test your C++ skills. They will also check your DSP skills if you are looking for Signaling Engineer positions.

First round is a telephonic interview, and after that, there are 4 technical face-to-face rounds, including managers. Questions are on both layout and design stuffs. Need to prepare well to get through the interview.
