Pros

Challenging projects; good pay and benefits; a lot of internal and external courses; fairly flexible hours; nice environment: offices instead of cubicles, gyms, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts; on-demand shuttles to travel between buildings.

Cons

Normal disadvantages of big companies include too many meetings, some politics on higher levels, a lack of coordination between departments, etc. The IT department is often cheap.
