Great place, good times
Open, flexible company culture, though that varies largely depending on the team. Some teams have the more "crappy" late-working or taking conference calls with offshore dev teams, etc., while others do not.
I was in R&D, so I had no such headaches.
Salaries are reasonable for San Diego, but peanuts compared to the SF Bay Area. Their Bay Area offices also pay in the same range.
