Good work culture. Flexible working hours.
Not much increment in the past few years.
Standard 5-hour long interviews. Mostly technical questions. The process includes: * First phone interview * Onsite interview (travel expenses covered) The onsite interview begins with a 30-minute HR interview, followed by technical interviews
The interview covered basics of wireless communications and bit manipulations in C language. There were some questions about ARM, due to my previous experience. Behavioral questions focused on my willingness and interest in joining Qualcomm.
One telephonic round. One face-to-face interview (three people interviewed). There was no whiteboarding, but code snippets had to be written on paper. The hiring manager asked puzzles where the answers were not considered convincing.
