Pros

You will be able to catch up with the world's leading technologies in the mobile industry if you get on well with the guys at R&D and in the marketing department.

Cons

If you join the customer engineering team, you will face difficulties with work-life balance and how to handle customers, especially in Asia. They are very demanding.

You will need to keep your skills sharp outside of your office unless you are a developer, because most of the time you have to view questions and bug reports sent from customers to answer them as quickly as possible. Otherwise, you will be disappointed at your annual performance review.

Advice to Management

They better hire good economists rather than MBA people.
