Health insurance is going to change now. No work-life balance. You are asked to work on weekends. Layoffs are happening.
People from the top are not being cut. Promotions are very few, and even they are political. Perks are being reduced.
Please have a good program for people wanting to be managers. Pay attention to work-life balance. This way you can retain employees long-term. Please bring back the old health benefits you had.
