I don't see anything that you won't find elsewhere. The only pro I can think of is you have a job and you are getting paid regularly.
Not sure about other teams, but for us, there's no innovation and no scope to learn anything. It doesn't add any value to your resume.
There's no proper channel to assign work. Work doesn't get assigned by your lead; anyone with an equal or higher title can walk up to your desk and dump work on you, and your lead will be totally in the dark.
About more than 95% of the work is unnecessary and can be automated.
The matrix management system is the worst way to review an engineer. The manager drafting your performance review has no interaction with you on a daily basis. A week before the review, you will be asked to summarize everything you worked on during the last review period. This causes many people to spend 10% of their time working and 90% of their time projecting their work and making sure everyone thinks he/she works too hard. The perfect recipe for disaster.
You can't change anything. It's beyond repair.
