Still a great place to work for a company as large as QC is
- For as large as a company QC has become, they do a great job of treating their employees quite fairly.
- The tickets on consignment are awesome.
- The ESPP is wonderful.
- Stock options are very nice.
- Mediaflo would have tailgate parties every month.
- The on-campus gym is very nice.
More so the downsides of working for a massive company.
Not all buildings have a nice cafe, especially the smaller AA-AF buildings.
Drawbacks of not working for their bread-and-butter QCT department.
Parking, since San Diego is a car city.
Do a better job of putting employees that work together in closer proximity. With all senior engineers and above having an office, it becomes a nightmare to ensure everyone is sitting close to one another.
