The training material and courses offered are excellent. The technology I worked on was cutting-edge.
My contribution to my team and organization was tremendous, yet I was not rewarded or recognized proportionally until after I gave my notice to leave. The AR process is a nitpicking contest. Compensation for high performers is at the bottom of the industry. Promotions are heavily political, and middle managers are useless. Any event can be used against you.
Remove all leaders who have hidden political alliances. QCT and QGOV are full of nepotism and unfairness.
