Great benefit.
Huge learning resources (book abstract, online journals, library).
Plenty of training courses, both in classroom and online.
Good work-life balance.
Large workspace (engineers have individual offices on most campuses).
The fast expansion might have added some inexperienced first-line managers who might need more training to handle management tasks more skillfully. As a result, some confusing instructions and inefficient operations happen from time to time.
Train the first line managers well. The training courses offered are great, but there is little following up to make sure the fresh managers are comfortable applying the newly learned skills.
Screening rounds: Technical interview: Approximately 30 to 54 minutes. If selected in the first round, there will be three further technical interviews: 1. UVM-related questions: A scenario was explained, and candidates were asked to write UVM cod
Completed 3 rounds of technical interviews and 1 with the team director on the same day. Received a call within a week from HR that I would be given an offer. Received an offer 2 weeks after the first call from HR due to some pre-negotiation.
A panel of 9 people interviewed me, so we had a group interview. Later, this was followed by a 1:1 interview, concentrating on different aspects of design, verification, and concept understanding.
