The work hours are very flexible. As a new joiner, you will be given proper training, and people there are always ready to help. There is nothing like work pressure at Qualcomm.
I can't think of much. It's only that your manager would be quite busy, and you will find it difficult to contact them.
There is no biasing in promotions, etc. Your growth in the company depends entirely on your performance and hard work.
