Irrelevant to work. They test your problem-solving ability, which is useless for the kind of work you do at Qualcomm. Getting into Qualcomm from campus is a bit difficult, but getting into Qualcomm from other companies is a bit easier.
Here in Hyderabad, managers prefer Andhra people over North Indians, even if the person is not as talented.
