Work culture of the team
In terms of salary, the company pays well. You don't have fixed timing hours; it's flexible timing.
Work culture is not so good; many times you will have to stretch beyond your office hours. If we talk about the managers, it depends on the team in which you get hired. For me, my manager is not cooperative at all, making the work culture of my team very toxic.
Management should focus more on how managers treat employees working under them.
I strongly believe the management is very bad; they just don't care about the employees' mental health. It's a serious issue.
