It's pretty standard for people, at least that I work with, to take the last two weeks of the year off.
All the cons you get from any large corporation.
- Lower pay than some other large tech companies.
- Annual salary increase does not match inflation.
- Some divisions, from what I hear, have layoffs occasionally and do not have as good work-life balance; this is a very subjective experience.
