Great place, great pay, great people.
Not much training. But the people are great, and managers will train on the job.
A recruiter phone interview was followed by a full day in-office interview with what felt like different groups. This included a lunch interview. Towards the end, I met with HR.
1 Written Test, then 2 Technical Interview Rounds, then an HR Round. Questions were from C/C++ and Bit Manipulation. They were more interested in OOP Concepts like threads, classes and objects, inheritance, and similar.
It involved basic LeetCode questions and some discussions about projects with the manager. Some interviewers were looking for specific answers, while others asked good questions. Overall, it was a good experience. I was called onsite.
