Pros

They provide really good benefits. They also provide the option for flex accounts and matching 401k. They provide training opportunities. You will learn a lot working with the smart people here.

Cons

Not enough team-building activities.

Not enough communication between teams.

Long hours and stressful/aggressive schedules.

Compensation is not very competitive given the cost of living.

It may also be hard or impossible to go to work and school at the same time, since you have aggressive schedules to meet.

If you happen to be going to school while working here, expect that your career growth will be very slow during the time you are in school.

You will not be given critical tasks and assignments which allow you to shine or move forward in your career path.

Advice to Management

Allocate resources (aka employees) between teams more efficiently.
